TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. By accessing or using any part of our website or booking a service, you agree to these Privacy Policy and Return Policy, which form part of these Terms and Conditions.

Quotations and Service Payments:
It is the client’s duty to review and understand the risks, contraindications, privacy policy, disclaimer, and terms and conditions before making any payment.
The client must declare any relevant medical condition prior to booking a service.
It is recommended to book in advance and review the available payment methods before confirming a reservation.
Reservation Confirmation:
Reservations should be made at least 72 hours in advance.
The reservation will be confirmed once at least 50% of the service cost has been paid.
A confirmation and reminder will be sent via email.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made within 4 hours of the appointment will incur a 40% fee of the total service cost.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late or not attending the appointment will be considered as a completed service.
Rescheduling is allowed up to three times within one month of the original payment. A 10% fee will apply for the second and third rescheduling.
Medical Conditions:
In the case of verified illness, accident, or emergency, no penalty will be applied for absence.
Etiquette and Conduct:
Mobile phones must be on silent mode, and loud conversations should be avoided.
Children under 8 years of age and pets are not allowed on the premises.
Clients should arrive at least 5 minutes before their scheduled appointment.
Code of Conduct:
We strive to provide a safe, inclusive, and harassment-free environment for all clients.
Physical contact or verbal conduct of a sexual or intimidating nature is strictly prohibited.
Unwanted comments, jokes, stereotypes, or visual displays of offensive images or gestures are not permitted.
Taking photos or videos of other clients or staff is strictly forbidden.
Minor Policy:
Services are designed for clients over 8 years old.
Minors may only attend with prior authorization from their parents or legal guardians.
Companions or individuals not included in a service are not allowed.
Payment Methods:
Payments can be made via electronic transfer, payment links, cash, or credit/debit cards.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

PRIVACY POLICY

Clients are required to review the Privacy Policy before making any payment or booking.
Personal data provided for quotation, reservation, or payment will be handled with confidentiality and used exclusively for the proper delivery of our services.
Any medical information shared by the client will only be used to assess the suitability of the requested service.
Information will not be disclosed to third parties, except where legally required or necessary for medical reasons directly related to the service.
By confirming a reservation, the client consents to receiving booking confirmations and reminders by email.

RETURN POLICY

No Refund Policy:
Once a service, treatment package, or product has been paid for or reserved, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
If the client fails to attend the appointment or arrives late, the service will be considered rendered.
Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
No cash refunds are offered; an exchange or service credit will be provided instead.

Return Policy:
If the assigned aesthetician is unable to attend due to unforeseen events (such as illness or accident), the client has the right to a refund or rescheduling.
Products with manufacturing defects or damage may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
Returns also apply if the product was not received within the promised delivery time.
To be eligible for a return, the product and packaging must be in their original condition and accompanied by the purchase invoice.
Failure to meet these requirements may result in refusal of the return or exchange.
